French Costco find for $16 that I buy for everyone for Christmas (it’s the gift that keeps on giving!)

It’s officially my favorite time of year: Advent calendar season. And one of my favorites returns for this wonderful time of year: Bonne Maman Christmas Advent Calendar from Costco (which originally sold out in July when it went on pre-order!).

This much-loved calendar is usually sold at version with 24 mini jars variety of jams and spreads, but this year Costco has a mini version with 12 jars for only $15.99! It’s a great value and makes the perfect gift for a friend, co-worker or Secret Santa. To put the price into perspective, full size 13 oz jar canned Bonne Maman will usually cost you about $7. If you’re new to Bonne Maman and want to try different flavors before purchasing a whole jar, this is a great option.

Bonnet Maman was founded in a small village in southwest France and uses family recipes as well as local fruit to create its line of jams and jellies, according to its website. In fact, the company name translates to “grandmother” or “grandmother” in French, as most of the ingredients used in Bonne Maman products can be found in “your grandma’s kitchen” The French company has also branched out into other products such as tea and, more recently, chocolate-nut butter (YUM!).

The 12 Days of Christmas mini calendar features delicious limited edition flavors like Caramel Coffee, Cherry Honey, Raspberry Rose and Purple Fig Cinnamon – all of which sound magical when spread on a piece of sourdough toast. while you drink hot coffee on a cold winter morning. Additionally, each jam included is free of high fructose corn syrup, preservatives and colors.

Not a Costco member? Don’t worry …

If you haven’t invested in Costco Membership Not Completed Yet (which I highly recommend as they have a lot great deals and products for the holiday season!), you can also buy a calendar on Amazon for a few more dollars. The goal also has slightly different version it has eight different mini jars of preserves, jams and jellies for $15.89, which is also a steal.

So hurry up and run to your local Costco – because this calendar would make such a cute gift for a loved one, a friend, or even as a self-care gift (I’m a big proponent of treating yourself!). What could be sweeter?
