A shop in Bradford has had its license revoked for selling illegal tobacco products.

He said: “In the annexe we found an iPad connected to the CCTV system of the relevant store so that anyone there could monitor activity in the store.

“There were no illegal goods in the store itself.

“It appears this business continues to sell illegal tobacco. “This is impacting and disrupting the business of legitimate stores, causing legal businesses to close and local economies to suffer.”

The Panel was told that the owner of the business at the time of the raids, Awat Abdul Karim Mohamed, had since sold the business but remained the holder of the shop licence.
